Delivery
Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 3-4 business days of purchase, unless specified otherwise, and pending availability and credit verification.
Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.
Shipping Methods
UK
UK orders are shipped using DHL Express - Next day before 12 noon service
(applies from date of dispatch)
International
International orders are shipped using DHL Express Premium service
3-5 business days for EU (from date of dispatch)
5-7 days business days for ROW orders (from date of dispatch)
Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control. DHL will request payment of customs duties, taxes or processing fees as part of the delivery process. Depending on the circumstances, this payment may be required before delivery or invoiced after your shipment has been delievered. For any questions, please email contact@kasmirasmoon.com
Duties & Taxes
For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with import duties and taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier, DHL, in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Please note that even for countries which we deliver to, there may be specific exclusions or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export/import.

Returns
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your Kasmira's Moon online purchase, please refer to our Terms & Conditions which provide for return option within 14 days. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kasmirasmoon.com with details of any return request.
We will only accept goods that we determine are unworn, undamaged and in the original Kasmira's Moon packaging. Please be aware that we cannot refund taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke, made to order or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
Cancellation of Order
If you would like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kasmirasmoon.com.

Gift Service & Packaging
Sending a gift?
If you are placing an order as a gift, please let us know at check out and we will make sure to exclude your invoice from the shipment and include a hand-written message instead!
Packaging
Whether you are treating yourself or someone special, all Kasmira's Moon jewellery purchased from the website or in store at Dover Street Market will arrive beautifully wrapped in Kasmira's Moon tissue paper and placed in our signature gift box.
Engraving
We are able to offer an engraving service for some of our large pendants.
